Please include your heated username, the email address on your account if relevant, your device model, and a short description of what happened. If you are reporting a safety issue, include any usernames, venue names, message context, or screenshots that can help us investigate.

You can use the in-app settings to manage your account and request account deletion where available. You can also email hello@heatedapp.com for privacy questions, data access requests, or deletion help.
